Refund:
All our products have been inspected and tested to ensure that the item is as described before being dispatched.In the rare circumstances where the item(s) sent is damaged or sold items are found to be incorrectly described ,we will aim to replace the item or refund the amount back to the buyer.The returned item(s) will be exchanged only if the return guidelines are as followed:
The item(s) must be returned in all of the original packaging including carton, boxes. No exchange or returning is offered in case that the item(s) has been worn, washed or damaged.
Please contact us before return, we will not accept the unauthorized return.
Replacement item(s) will be exchanged or refund within 5 days from the day we receive the returned item(s).
When returning an item it is strongly recommended that the Recorded Delivery (Signed for) service is used as we cannot take responsibility for undelivered item(s). In the event of loss of a returned item, it is the sender's responsibility to pursue a claim.
